• In addition to the above, it includes the replacement of hinges, rollers, and cables if needed, ensuring your door operates like new.

We’ve integrated these options into our scheduling system to allow for seamless booking of your maintenance appointments, and each package will be meticulously recorded in your Estimate/Invoices for convenience and transparency.

Terms & Conditions for Free First-Year Maintenance Offer

1. Eligibility: This offer is valid only for customers who purchase a garage door and installation services directly from Lionsgate Garage Door. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
2. Validity: The free first-year maintenance service is valid for one year from the date of the garage door installation. This service must be scheduled and performed by Lionsgate Garage Door to ensure quality and compliance with our standards.
3. Exclusions: If any repairs, maintenance, or modifications are performed on the garage door by any party other than Lionsgate Garage Door, including the customer, this will immediately void the free maintenance service offer. It is crucial that all servicing and repairs are conducted by our certified technicians to maintain the integrity and functionality of your garage door.
4. Scheduling: Customers must contact Lionsgate Garage Door to schedule their free maintenance service within the first year of installation. We recommend scheduling at least four weeks in advance to accommodate preferred dates and times.
5. Service Scope: The free maintenance service includes a standard check-up and tune-up of the garage door and its components. Any additional repairs, parts, or services required beyond this scope will be quoted and charged accordingly.
6. Changes and Cancellations: Lionsgate Garage Door reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to existing customers eligible for the offer.
7. Liability: Lionsgate Garage Door is not liable for any damages or losses that may occur due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications of the garage door. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the garage door is used and maintained according to the manufacturer's guidelines and Lionsgate Garage Door's instructions.
